This is outlined in the Pesticides Act 1999.The Pesticides Act 1999 requires you to hold this licence to purchase and use chemicals in a commercial setting in Australia. Two elective units from this course meet licensing requirements to use agricultural chemicals. Once you complete these units you will be eligible to apply for chemical users licence through the Australian Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
