Foundation studies equip international students with academic English, study skills, and subject fundamentals required for successful entry into Australian and New Zealand universities. Programs are structured as formal pathway qualifications aligned to tertiary preparation standards.
Academic Entry Requirements: To be accepted into this program, applicant must have: Country Academic India Year 11 ISC/CBSE - academic subjects 65% or Year 11 Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and West Bengal State Boards - academic subjects 65% or Year 11 other Boards - academic subjects 70% Vietnam Year 11 successful completion with 6.5 grade average Sri Lanka Local O Levels - 4 passes with credit average (academic subjects) or London O levels - 4 passes at D grade English Requirements: IELTS Academic: 5.5 overall with a minimum 5.0 in writing. TOEFL IBT: Overall 58 with 16 in writing. PTE (Academic): Overall 46, minimum 38 for speaking, listening, reading and writing UTS College English: AE3 with pass grade
Completion leads primarily to university admission rather than direct employment. Students progress into bachelor degrees across business, engineering, health, IT, arts, and science disciplines at partner institutions.
