Honours study extends undergraduate design and creative arts with advanced coursework and a significant research or professional project, strengthening analytical depth and postgraduate readiness.
Entry Requirements:_x000d_ The Bachelor of Arts and Design (Honours) is open to UC students who have completed a degree in the Faculty of Arts and Design with at least a grade point average of 5.0 or better (equivalent to a credit average), or students from a three-year degree in a cognate discipline with a relevant major in which they received a grade point average of 5.0 or better._x000d_ Pass degree graduates in similar disciplinary fields from other universities, with comparable results, may also be eligible to undertake this honours degree._x000d_ Additional requirements:_x000d_ Students are to undertake the thesis component of their degree in a subject area related to their disciplinary competence. They must show evidence of having performed in some subjects relevant to the proposed study at the Distinction level or above._x000d_ All applicants must submit the Honours Supplementary Form, which will provided for completion after the submission of an application for admission._x000d_ English language requirements:_x000d_ IELTS Academic - 6.5 overall, with no band score below 6.0_x000d_ TOEFL IBT - Overall score of 79 with R: 13, L: 12, S: 18, W: 21_x000d_ Pearson Test of Academic English - 58 with no skill score below 50_x000d_ Cambridge English Scale - 176 with no sub-score below 169_x000d_ Occupational English Test: No grade lower than 'C' in any of the sub-tests
